Summary

This study looks at how a single dose of the drug vorasidenib behaves in people with severe liver impairment compared to those with normal liver function. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood and check for side effects. The goal is to understand if the drug needs different dosing for patients with serious liver disease. About 20 adults will take part.
