Summary
This study looked at whether vonafexor could help kidney function in people with mild to moderate chronic kidney disease and suspected MASH (a liver condition). Ten participants were enrolled, but the study was terminated early. The goal was to measure changes in kidney function using blood tests and MRI scans.
