Extra exercises fail to boost teen Volleyballers' power
NCT ID NCT07203209
Summary
This study tested whether adding special upper-back mobility exercises to regular training would improve performance for teenage female volleyball players. It involved 26 players split into two groups: one did regular training, the other did regular training plus the special exercises for four weeks. The researchers measured strength, endurance, and hitting speed, and found the extra exercises did not provide additional benefits.
