NCT ID NCT07485348

Summary

This study is testing whether an 8-week special exercise program can help male volleyball players. The program focuses on strength, balance, and coordination to improve how they jump and land. The goal is to boost performance and, more importantly, lower the risk of common knee and ankle injuries. Researchers will measure changes in body composition, jump height, and landing technique before and after the training.
