Summary

This study tested whether adding the drug voclosporin to standard treatment could help control kidney inflammation in children and teenagers with lupus nephritis. Participants received either voclosporin or a placebo along with their usual medications for 24 weeks. The main goal was to see if the drug combination improved kidney health more effectively, but the trial was terminated early after enrolling only 9 participants.
