Summary
This study looks at whether special vocal fold stretching exercises can help people expand their pitch range and make their voice more stable. Researchers will test 120 adults with no current voice problems, comparing those who use their voice a lot versus those who don't. The goal is to see if these exercises can prevent or ease voice fatigue and hoarseness.
