Smart sensors aim to track your fitness without lab tests
NCT ID NCT05678530
Summary
This study is testing whether wearable sensors can accurately estimate a person's fitness level (VO2Max) during normal daily activities instead of requiring lab tests. Researchers will collect data from 1,000 participants who are already scheduled for standard exercise tests. The goal is to develop a computer algorithm that uses heart and movement data from wearables to measure fitness.
