New eye drop trial aims to soothe dry, irritated eyes

Summary
This study is testing whether new VMX eye drops are safe and effective for treating dry eye disease. It will compare the drops to standard treatment in about 76 adults with mild to moderate dry eye. The main goal is to see if the drops help tears last longer on the eye and reduce uncomfortable symptoms.
