Summary

This study tests whether VMX eye drops can improve tear film stability and reduce symptoms in people with mild to moderate dry eye disease. About 76 adults will receive either VMX drops or standard treatment, and researchers will measure changes in tear quality and comfort. The goal is to find a safe, effective option for managing dry eye symptoms.
