Summary
This study tests a 12-week home exercise program called Vivifrail in 86 frail or pre-frail adults aged 70 and older. Participants do strength, balance, and walking exercises five days a week. Researchers will check if it improves physical function and reduces fall risk. The goal is to ease symptoms of frailty, not cure it.
