Summary

This study compares a newer, less invasive procedure called VivAer to traditional surgeries (functional rhinoplasty and septoplasty) for treating nasal airway obstruction. About 400 adults with severe to extreme nasal blockage will be enrolled. The goal is to see if VivAer works as well as surgery in improving breathing and quality of life.
