Stem cell 'secretome' may boost skin color return in vitiligo patients
NCT ID NCT07509242
First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether adding a special stem-cell liquid (secretome) to standard light therapy helps restore skin color in people with vitiligo. 150 adults with stable, non-segmental vitiligo will receive either the secretome via microneedling or injection plus light, or light alone. The main goal is to see if at least half of the white patches regain color, and to check for side effects and recurrence.
