Summary
This study is testing if a procedure using tiny needles (microneedling) with a drug called 5FU works better than a strong steroid cream to bring back skin color in small patches of vitiligo. Researchers will compare the two treatments in 40 people with stable vitiligo over 12 weeks. The main goal is to see which treatment helps more with repigmentation and which has fewer side effects.
