Skin puncture techniques tested to restore color in vitiligo patches
NCT ID NCT06991972
Summary
This study compares two skin treatment methods—needling and microneedling—both followed by UVB light therapy, to see which works better for restoring skin color in people with stable vitiligo. Researchers will enroll 80 participants aged 15-60 who have had vitiligo for over a year. The main goal is to measure how much skin repigmentation occurs after 12 weeks of treatment.
