Skin cream combo tested for faster vitiligo repigmentation
NCT ID NCT07368673
Summary
This study tested whether using a new cream called ruxolitinib works better alone or when combined with other common skin creams (tacrolimus or a steroid) for treating vitiligo. 120 adults with non-segmental vitiligo covering less than 10% of their body used the assigned creams for 24 weeks. Doctors measured changes in the white skin patches to see which treatment strategy was most effective.
