First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests whether taking a combination of alpha-lipoic acid, vitamin E, and vitamin B can safely reduce pain, numbness, and tingling and improve hand function in people who have had carpal tunnel surgery. About 84 adults with carpal tunnel syndrome will be randomly assigned to receive either the supplement mix or a comparator. Researchers will track changes in symptoms and hand function over time using questionnaires and pain scales.
