Can vitamins and coaching fix hidden hunger in Ghana's youth?
NCT ID NCT07031973
Summary
This study tested whether daily vitamin and mineral supplements, with or without healthy lifestyle coaching, could improve nutrition and well-being in young adults in Ghana. For 6 months, 150 healthy university students were divided into three groups: one received supplements plus coaching, one received supplements alone, and one received a placebo. Researchers measured vitamin levels in the blood and asked questions about lifestyle habits to see what worked best.
