Vitamin K2 may shield Kids' bones from steroid damage

Summary

This study looks at whether giving vitamin K2 can prevent bone loss in children with nephrotic syndrome who are on long-term steroid treatment. Steroids can weaken bones, but vitamin K2 might help keep them strong. The study will involve 60 children under 16 who have been on steroids for at least 6 months.
