Summary

This study is testing whether a specific form of Vitamin E from palm oil, called tocotrienol, can help improve liver health in people with alcoholic fatty liver disease. 26 participants will take either the Vitamin E supplement or a placebo pill twice daily for six months. Researchers will use blood tests and scans to see if the supplement reduces liver inflammation and damage.
