Summary

This study compares two different vitamin D3 supplements to see which one raises vitamin D levels faster and more effectively in adults with low vitamin D. Twenty participants will take one of the two supplements daily for eight weeks. The goal is to find the best way to correct vitamin D deficiency and guide future larger studies.
