Vitamin d shots vs. antiviral injections: which zaps foot warts better?

NCT ID NCT07196670

Summary

This study aims to find out whether injecting vitamin D or an antiviral drug (acyclovir) directly into plantar warts is more effective at making them go away. Sixty adults with plantar warts will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two injections every three weeks. Researchers will track how well the warts shrink, any side effects, and whether they come back after treatment ends.
