Summary
This small pilot study is testing two different forms of vitamin D supplements to see which one is better at raising vitamin D levels in the blood. It will involve 20 adults who have been diagnosed with low vitamin D. Participants will take one of the two supplements for eight weeks, and researchers will measure their vitamin D levels to compare results.
