Could a vitamin d rinse be the key to stronger Kids' teeth?

NCT ID NCT06515548

Summary

This small, early-stage study tested whether a vitamin D mouthwash could help strengthen weak tooth enamel in children with a condition called Molar Incisor Hypomineralization (MIH). Researchers compared the vitamin D rinse against a placebo to see if it could improve the hardness of the enamel, reduce plaque buildup, and lead to healthier gums. The goal was to find a simple, non-invasive way to help protect these vulnerable teeth.
