Scientists test which vitamin d schedule works best

Summary

This study aims to find out which of three different vitamin D supplement schedules is most effective at raising vitamin D levels in the blood and improving bone density. It will enroll 90 adults who have low vitamin D levels. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either a monthly pill, a pill every two weeks, or daily drops for one month to compare the results.
