Summary

This study is testing whether vitamin D supplements can help people recover from mild-to-moderate traumatic brain injuries. Researchers will give 240 adults different doses of vitamin D or a placebo for three weeks and track their recovery for six months. The main goal is to see if vitamin D reduces brain inflammation and improves functional outcomes using standard recovery scales.
