Winter vitamin d fix: fortified foods tested on teens

Summary
This study looks at whether giving families foods with extra vitamin D (natural or added) during winter can raise vitamin D levels in teenagers. About 160 households with at least one teen (11-17) and one adult will take part. Researchers will measure vitamin D in blood and ask about diet and food preferences.
