Summary
This study aims to see if taking vitamin D and branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) supplements for 8 weeks can help reduce muscle fatigue and improve running performance. It will involve 64 healthy male recreational runners. Researchers will measure changes in blood markers of fatigue and physical performance to compare the supplement combinations against a placebo.
