Summary
This study aims to see if taking a specific vitamin C supplement for 28 days increases vitamin C levels in the blood of healthy adults. Researchers will compare the supplement to a placebo (a dummy pill) in 36 participants. The study is conducted mostly from home, with participants going to a lab twice for blood tests and completing online surveys about stress and thinking skills.
