Summary

This study looks at whether giving vitamin C along with usual treatment helps children under 5 with severe pneumonia get better sooner and go home earlier. About 90 children will be split into two groups: one gets standard care alone, the other gets standard care plus daily vitamin C. Researchers will compare how long each group stays in the hospital.
