Can a vitamin get kids home sooner from pneumonia?

Summary
This study is testing if adding vitamin C to the standard hospital treatment for severe pneumonia helps young children recover faster. It will involve 90 children under age 5 who are admitted to the hospital. Researchers will compare how long children stay in the hospital when they get standard care alone versus standard care plus a daily dose of vitamin C.
