Summary

This study aims to understand if vitamin C can increase body heat produced by the nervous system and raise vitamin D levels in the blood. Researchers will test 20 overweight adults aged 18-40 by stimulating their nervous system and measuring temperature and vitamin D, with and without vitamin C. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about how these substances interact in the body.
