Summary
This study is testing whether a supplement called nicotinamide riboside (NR), a form of vitamin B3, can help adults with mitochondrial myopathy. Mitochondrial myopathy is a rare disorder that causes muscle weakness and fatigue. Researchers will measure if taking NR improves how far participants can walk in six minutes and their overall muscle strength.
