Summary
This study looks at whether a new supplement containing vitamin B12, natural orange extract, or both can improve physical and mental performance. Twenty healthy, well-trained men aged 18-45 will take the supplement and then do intense cycling tests and reaction-time tasks. The goal is to see if these ingredients help with energy, fatigue, and focus during exercise.
