Summary

This study aims to understand how common vitamin B12 deficiency is in premature babies just before they go home from the hospital. Researchers will check vitamin levels in 40 preterm infants and their mothers' breast milk. The goal is to gather information to see if current feeding guidelines provide enough of this crucial nutrient for healthy brain and blood development.
