New custom lens trial aims to sharpen vision for those with irregular corneas

Summary
This study tests whether specially designed lenses, placed during cataract surgery, can reduce blurry vision caused by irregularly shaped corneas. About 15 adults with significant astigmatism will receive these custom lenses. The goal is to see if they improve vision better than standard lenses.
