NCT ID NCT07549620
First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study compares two dental treatments for painful teeth: vital pulp therapy and standard root canal. 34 adults with deep cavities and tooth pain will receive one of the treatments. Researchers will measure pain levels after 24 hours and 1 week, and use artificial intelligence to check healing on X-rays at 6 months and 1 year. The goal is to see which approach causes less pain and leads to better long-term recovery.
