Screen time eye problem: can exercises beat glasses?

NCT ID NCT06622044

Summary

This study is testing whether special eye exercises are as good as or better than wearing prism glasses for treating a specific type of sudden eye turn (esotropia), often linked to heavy screen use. It will involve 100 participants, aged 10-40, who have a mild form of the condition. The goal is to see which method better controls the eye misalignment and improves vision.
