New eye tests could pinpoint hidden brain injury damage
NCT ID NCT07282691
Summary
This study aims to validate a set of eye movement and focusing tests to better measure vision problems in people with mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). Researchers will recruit 150 people, including 50 with a recent mTBI and 100 without, to perform these visual endurance tests. The goal is to establish normal values and understand patient discomfort during testing, which could lead to better tools for diagnosing and tracking mTBI-related vision issues.
