NCT ID NCT02928289
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tested a new device called VISCO™360 that opens blocked drainage channels in the eye to lower pressure, compared to a standard laser treatment (SLT). It included 29 adults with open-angle glaucoma who had already had cataract surgery. The goal was to see which treatment was safer and more effective at reducing eye pressure over 12 months. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
