Scientists test Cancer-Fighting virus in patients
NCT ID NCT06368921
Summary
This is an early-stage study testing the safety of a modified virus called VRT106, which is designed to infect and kill cancer cells. The virus is injected directly into tumors of patients with advanced solid cancers who have no other effective treatment options. Researchers will monitor patients closely for side effects and gather initial data on whether the treatment shows any signs of slowing tumor growth.
