NCT ID NCT06171178

Summary

This was the first study in people to test a new cancer treatment called ASP1012, which is a virus modified in a lab to specifically infect and destroy cancer cells. The main goals were to find a safe dose and check for side effects in adults whose cancer had spread and who had run out of standard treatment options. The study was terminated early and did not proceed to later phases.
