Summary
This is an early-stage study to test the safety of a new cancer treatment called hV01. The treatment uses a modified virus designed to infect and kill cancer cells while also boosting the immune system. The study will enroll 24 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and understand how the body handles the treatment.
