Summary
This study is testing whether adding a modified virus called Olvi-Vec to standard chemotherapy can help control advanced small cell lung cancer that has returned or stopped responding to previous platinum-based treatments. The research aims to see if this combination is safe and if it can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth. It is for adults whose cancer has progressed despite prior therapy.
