Summary
This study is testing a new two-part treatment for advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies. It combines a specially engineered virus designed to attack cancer cells with a drug that helps the immune system fight cancer. The main goals are to see if this combination is safe and if it can help control the cancer in up to 24 participants.
