Virtual reality steps in to fight chronic spinal cord pain

Summary
This study is testing whether a virtual reality walking program can help reduce chronic nerve pain for people with spinal cord injuries. Researchers will enroll 40 participants to try the virtual walking from different visual perspectives. The goal is to see if this non-drug approach can ease pain and improve quality of life.
