Summary
This study tested whether virtual reality (VR) exercises could help people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) as well as or better than standard physical therapy. 90 adults aged 18-65 with frozen shoulder took part. Researchers measured pain, shoulder movement, and daily function to see which approach worked best.
