Summary
This pilot study explores whether a virtual reality training program can improve reaction times and cognitive processing in secondary school students. About 24 male handball players aged 12 to 15 will either complete an 8-week immersive VR eye-hand coordination program or continue their usual activities. Researchers will measure visual and auditory reaction times and cognitive speed before and after the program to see if VR training offers any benefits.
