Summary
This study tests whether combining virtual reality with plyometric (jumping) exercises can improve exercise capacity and reduce belly fat in teenage girls aged 13-18 who have abdominal obesity. About 100 participants will be assigned to either the VR-plus-exercise group or a control group. The main outcomes measured include waist size, waist-hip ratio, BMI, and lung function.
