Summary
This study tested whether using virtual reality (VR) or listening to music can help reduce anxiety, pain, and improve heart rate and blood pressure in people undergoing a coronary angiography (a procedure to check heart arteries). 120 adults having the procedure for the first time were included. Researchers measured their anxiety, pain, and vital signs before, during, and after the procedure to see if these distraction techniques helped.
