Summary
This study tested whether comfort-focused care and virtual reality glasses can reduce pain and improve comfort for first-time mothers after a C-section. 105 women who had epidural anesthesia participated. Researchers measured pain and comfort levels using standard scales. The goal was to see if these simple, drug-free methods could help new mothers feel better.
